Center for Immigration and Integration (CII) in partnership with Center for Policy Modernisation (CPM) are implementing the initiative Bringing electronic services closer to the citizens with the financial support of Operational Programme Good Governance, co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund.

This initiative aims to contribute to increased use of electronic administrative services and higher public awareness of them by assisting the institutions with good quality, verified information and methodology.  The project includes research of the barriers to the use of electronic administrative services (EAS) and provision of tools that have the potential to activate their use.
