Stage one of project Bringing electronic services closer to the citizens is completed. This initiative is implemented by Centre for Immigration and Integration in partnership with Centre for Policy Modernisation with the financial support of OP Good Governance through the ESF.
The results of the survey on the use of electronic administrative services by the citizens were presented by the team in an online presentation on 13 January. Over 50 representatives of various organisations and administrative structures were acquainted with people’s reasons to use electronic public services and their expectations regarding their accessibility and quality. The results are based on a review of existing global and European studies and the situation in Bulgaria, an electronic questionnaire survey and data analysis.
